About Terry Finnegan

Terry is a seasoned professional whose career spans an impressive five decades, marked by a versatile journey from engineering to the financial services industry. Initially, Terry made her mark as a mechanical engineer with some of the world's leading Fortune 500 companies. As she embraced motherhood, Terry transitioned into the financial realm, becoming a skilled loan officer. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own mortgage company in Connecticut.

In 2007, Terry fulfilled a lifelong dream by relocating to Arizona with her youngest daughter. Her career trajectory took yet another turn as she served as a financial advisor for eight years before returning to her passion as a loan officer. Terry has diligently collaborated with clients and realtors for over two decades, establishing herself as a trusted expert.

Currently, Terry holds both an NMLS license and a Realtor license, which enables her to expertly guide clients through the process of finding their dream properties in the picturesque Southwest. She focuses on tailored financial solutions for her clients' specific needs. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Terry is passionate about photography, loves hiking through scenic landscapes, enjoys a good game of bridge, and cherishes moments spent with her beloved granddaughter. With a steadfast commitment to her clients and a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals, Terry continues to make a significant impact in the industry.
